YT-100型油桶貼標(biāo)機(jī)主要性能特點(diǎn) ：
◆適用于食用油行業(yè)的圓形油桶的半圓、圓周貼標(biāo)及定點(diǎn)定位貼標(biāo)；方形油桶的單側(cè)面貼標(biāo)。
◆采用馬達(dá)驅(qū)動，送標(biāo)速度穩(wěn)定、可靠
◆*親和的人機(jī)界面系統(tǒng)，圓桶、方桶可互相切換，操作簡單直觀、功能齊全，具有豐富的在線幫助功能
◆自動光電檢測，具備無物不貼標(biāo)，無標(biāo)自動報警等自動檢測功能，防止漏貼和浪費(fèi)。
◆采用彈性海綿滾輪滾壓瓶體，標(biāo)簽附著更加平整、牢固、無皺褶，大大提升包裝質(zhì)量。

YT-100型油桶貼標(biāo)機(jī)
◆Applicable to whole or half curved surface and fixed-point-and-located labeling to round cans or single-side labeling to square cans in edible oil industry;
◆Adopting motors with famous brand, label-feeding speed is stable and reliable;
◆Advanced and amiable human-computer interface system is easy and intuitionistic to operate and has complete functions including abundant on line help;
◆Labeling will be cancelled without objects there and running will be stopped with alarms without labels to use automatically to avoid labeling omitting or wasting labels with automatic photoelectric detection;
◆Idler wheel with elastic sponge rolls and presses bottle bodies, which makes the labels more smooth, firm and non-wrinkle, enhancing the packaging quality greatly;
◆Single-side labeling is more stable with bottle seperating automatically and correcting by air cylinder; corners of labels on single side are firmer and tighter with the label-pressing structure of air cylinder.
◆Easy to operate and maintain with compact and simple machine structure.
