15000瓶/時(shí)  沖瓶灌裝旋蓋三合一機(jī)組

本機(jī)采用*的微負(fù)壓重力式灌裝原理，灌裝快、穩(wěn)、準(zhǔn)，設(shè)有完善的物料回流系統(tǒng)，也可實(shí)現(xiàn)回流時(shí)獨(dú)立回氣，不與物料接觸，減少物料二次污染。本機(jī)采用*的溫度控制系統(tǒng)，能滿足95℃下熱灌裝技術(shù)要求，灌裝閥及物料進(jìn)出管無(wú)衛(wèi)生死角，同時(shí)配有自主清洗接口，封蓋前設(shè)有對(duì)瓶口沖洗設(shè)置，以確保瓶口無(wú)發(fā)霉現(xiàn)象。本機(jī)采用磁力扭矩式擰蓋頭，實(shí)現(xiàn)抓蓋，擰蓋一體功能。擰蓋力矩?zé)o極可調(diào)，具有恒力矩旋封蓋功能。整機(jī)采用觸摸屏控制，電腦程序控制等*技術(shù)。具有供蓋系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)控制、灌裝溫度自動(dòng)檢測(cè)、高溫報(bào)警、低溫停機(jī)并自動(dòng)回流、無(wú)瓶不加蓋、缺瓶等待、缺蓋停機(jī)等功能。

This machine adopts advanced micro negative gravity filling principle. The filling is fast, stable and accurate. It is provided with the perfect material reflow system, and independent air-reflow. It doesn't contact the material which reduces second pollution. This machine adopts the advanced temperature controlling system which can satisfy the 95℃  hot filling requirement. There is no dead corner of sanitation in the filling valve and material inlet and outlet pipes. It is equipped with the CIP cleaning interface. There is rinsing set with  water before the capping part to make sure there is no occurrence at the bottle mouth. The magnetic torque type cap screwing torque adopts cap grasping and cap screwing functions. The cap screwing torque adopts the step-less adjustment. It has the constant torque cap screwing and capping function. The whole machine adopts man-machine interface touch screen control-PLC control. It is provided with the functions of automatic control of cap feeding system, automatic detection of the filling temperature, materials high temperature alarm, machine stopping and automatic reflow under the low temperature, no bottle no cap feeding, waiting in case of bottles shortage. Machine stopping in case of cap shortage, etc.
